RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. You can return & exchange all or part of your order within 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the date of receipt.

2. Contact us at info@miking.us, and we will send you a return form. Then, please send us the unused products in their original packaging along with the return form.

3. Miking does not include a prepaid mailing label to be attached to the outside of your return package before depositing it at a post office, as we are not paying for the return.

4. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement, including Aromatherapy and Perfume items.

5. If the conditions name at (2.) are met, you will receive a credit for the returned products.

6. We will not credit or refund the delivery costs you incurred initially (except in some cases as damaged products arrived due to carrier).

We have added health and safety measures to support our teams in the logistics centres to protect everyone. Based on this, we are experiencing an extended delay of 2 - 4 weeks when processing all return and exchange requests.

Tasse doganali e di importazione

I clienti sono responsabili di eventuali tasse doganali e di importazione applicabili. Miking non è responsabile per ritardi dovuti alla dogana. Politica di restituzione e cambio

1. Puoi restituire e cambiare tutto o parte del tuo ordine entro 14 giorni di calendario (due settimane) dalla data di ricezione.

2. Contattaci a info@miking.us e ti invieremo un modulo di reso e i prodotti non utilizzati nella loro confezione originale, insieme al modulo di reso.

3. Miking non include un'etichetta postale prepagata da attaccare all'esterno del pacco di reso prima di depositarlo presso un ufficio postale, poiché non pagheremo il reso.

4. Per motivi di igiene e sicurezza, i prodotti sigillati che sono stati aperti non hanno diritto al rimborso, compresi gli articoli di Aromaterapia e Profumi.

5 Se le condizioni di cui al punto (2.) sono soddisfatte, riceverai un accredito per i prodotti restituiti.

6. Non saremo in grado di accreditare o rimborsare le spese di consegna inizialmente sostenute (tranne in alcuni casi in cui i prodotti sono arrivati ​​danneggiati a causa del corriere).

PRODUCT CARE

Every day: Remove your jewellery when washing your hands or using harsh products that could damage metals or gemstones. Also, keep your jewellery away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes; Jewelry pieces can become scratched when coming into contact with one another. 

Storing: We recommend you store them individually in the pouch and box.

Resizing: If you need to resize your jewellery, take it to a professional jeweller to ensure it is done correctly and without causing damage.

Protecting: When not in use, keep your jewellery secure to avoid damage or loss. Avoid wearing it while participating in physical activities, swimming or showering, as exposure to water and chemicals can cause damage.

Gemstones: Gemstones should be protected from hard impacts and scratches. Clean jewels with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, avoiding harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners.
