返品および交換ポリシー

1. 受領日から 14 暦日 (2 週間) 以内であれば、ご注文のすべてまたは一部を返品および交換できます。

2. info@miking.us までご連絡ください。返品フォームと未使用の製品を元のパッケージに入れて返品フォームとともにお送りします。

3. Miking では、返品にかかる費用を負担していないため、返品パッケージを郵便局に預ける前に返品パッケージの外側に貼り付ける前払いの宛名ラベルは同梱していません。

4. 衛生および安全上の理由から、アロマセラピーおよび香水アイテムを含め、開封された密封された製品は払い戻しの対象外です。

5 (2.) の条件が満たされている場合、返品された商品に対するクレジットを受け取ります。

6. 最初に発生した配送費用を返金または返金することはできません（配送業者により到着した商品に破損があった場合を除く）。

  • Stainless Steel, Fashion Jewelry, Silver with CZ (6 months)
  • Aromatherapy Jewelry Components (3 months)
  • Essentials Oils does not apply.
What’s not covered under the warranty?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration)
  • Loss or theft of items
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, water, or impacts
