At Miking, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing time varies depending on the product and does not include transit time.
Please note that custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry requires additional manufacturing time. The estimated production timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:
- United States (Domestic): 1–2 business days
- International: 3–5 business days*

International Shipping
- FREE Standard International Shipping on qualifying orders of US$199 or more.
- Shipping charges for international orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
While Miking is not responsible for customs delays, we are committed to assisting our international customers. Our team will gladly provide any available shipping or commercial documentation required to facilitate customs clearance.
