5. Natural Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds & Gemstones

Miking may offer natural diamonds, laboratory-grown diamonds, natural gemstones, laboratory-grown gemstones, and jewelry containing these materials.

Products will be identified according to their applicable origin and characteristics.

A natural diamond and a laboratory-grown diamond are different products with different origins. Miking will not intentionally represent a laboratory-grown diamond as a natural diamond.

Where applicable, certificates or grading reports may be provided with the product.

Customers should carefully review product descriptions and available documentation before purchasing.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, product specifications, and availability may change without notice.

Miking reserves the right to correct typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or other errors.

If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, Miking may cancel the order and provide the customer with a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

7. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

For high-value purchases, including diamonds, loose gemstones, fine jewelry, and custom-made products, Miking may request additional information to verify the transaction and protect against fraud.

Delivery address

Miking may require a payment method and shipping information that can be reasonably verified before fulfilling an order.

For security reasons, we may decline or cancel transactions that cannot be adequately verified.

Online payments are processed through payment providers made available through our Shopify-powered store.

Certain offline transactions, including approved wire transfers or other payment arrangements, may be available by contacting Miking.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed or shipped.

10. Shipping & Delivery

High-value orders may require tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.

Certain products, including custom-made products, personalized items, loose diamonds, loose gemstones, and other designated Final Sale products, may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law.

12. Custom, Personalized & Special-Order Products

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, and special-order products are produced according to customer specifications.

Because these products are specifically created or sourced for an individual customer, they are generally final sale and may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged except for confirmed defects or where required by applicable law.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming applicable specifications, measurements, sizes, materials, inscriptions, and other requested details.

13. Warranty & Repairs

Miking offers limited warranties on qualifying products as described in our Warranty & Repairs Policy.

Warranty coverage varies by product category and does not replace rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or improper care may not be covered.

Customers are responsible for following applicable product-care instructions.

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, water, extreme temperatures, impacts, improper storage, or inappropriate use may damage jewelry, gemstones, metals, or aromatherapy components.

Miking is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on www.miking.us, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions, videos, trademarks, trade names, website layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Miking and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may cancel an order, delay fulfillment, request additional verification, or take other reasonable measures to protect Miking and our customers.

Fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, identity misrepresentation, item substitution, false damage claims, fraudulent return claims, and other deceptive conduct may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of future transactions, and pursuit of available legal remedies.

20. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Miking before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback whenever possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment network.

Miking reserves the right to provide transaction records, shipping documentation, delivery confirmation, photographs, inspection records, communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a disputed transaction.
