The time required to prepare an order for shipping may vary; we want to be sure your product meets all the conditions for wear.

Estimated shipping times

  • North America: 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed
  • International : 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed, as we must make all the proper customs documentation.

Customs and import taxes


Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Miking is not responsible for delays due to customs. However, we can help you with any documentation you need to import the products into your country; please contact info@miking.us on our phone line chat or WhatsApp, and an international customer relations specialist will help you. We are here to serve you!

Return & Exchange Policy

1. You can return and exchange all or part of your order within 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the date of receipt.

2. Contact us at info@miking.us, and we will send you a return form and the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.

3. Miking does not include a prepaid mailing label to be attached to the outside of your return package before depositing it at a post office, as we are not paying for the return.

4. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement, including Aromatherapy and Perfume items.

5 If the conditions named at (2) are met, you will receive a credit for the returned products.

6. We won't be able to credit or refund the delivery costs you incurred initially (except in some cases, as damaged products arrived due to the carrier).

We offer a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. This includes issues like loose stones, defective clasps, faulty settings, or diffuser jewelry components.

What items are included in the warranty?
  • Fine Jewelry crafted from Gold, Platinum
  • Stainless Steel, Fashion Jewelry, Silver with CZ (6 months)
  • Aromatherapy Jewelry Components (3 months)
  • Essentials Oils does not apply.
What’s not covered under the warranty?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration)
  • Loss or theft of items
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, water, or impacts
How do I request a repair or warranty service?

Repair times vary based on the complexity of the service. Most standard repairs are completed within 14–30 business days, plus shipping time.

Do you offer worldwide repair services?

Yes, we proudly serve customers around the globe. We provide shipping instructions and full support for international warranty claims and repairs.
